Collio Mongris Riserva 2016 Marco Felluga – “Lots of dried coriander and yogurt on the nose here, as well as apple strudel and apricot pastries. The palate has a real sense of richness; the oily phenolics grip the ripe stone fruit and carry the clotted-cream texture and flavors long and intense.”

Collio Pinot Bianco 2018 Russiz Superiore – “Cherry blossom, chamomile, honeysuckle and bright elderflowers make for a characterful and very vibrant expression of pinot bianco. The medium-bodied palate is very clear-cut, with stony accents highlighting glimmering acidity and spicy undertones.”

“There’s a pretty dried-clove and vanilla lift to this, which is subtly played, and lemon and apple-curd aromas lurking in the background. Taut, mineral and precise, it nevertheless manages to deliver a good deal of concentration and hearty stone fruit.”

“This is a very pretty and endearing white with a super combination of mangoes, papaya, apricots, brioche, cloves and croissant. Structured, oily notes of banoffee pie and vanilla have a building, layering effect, reminiscent of a millefeuille, but there’s acidity and pretty citrus fruit aplenty. Full-bodied and quite long on the finish.”
